Detailed Service Policies

True North Home Services maintains the highest standards of professionalism. It is essential for clients to communicate their needs clearly for an accurate scope of work. We encourage you to reach out for clarifications on service specifications. Our handyman services cover a broad spectrum, including installation, repairs, and general maintenance tasks. We ensure all necessary preparations are made to facilitate smooth operations on the scheduled service day. In case of cancellation, we request a notification at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. Clients are responsible for making arrangements for pets and children during service visits. We are committed to delivering high-quality workmanship.

Liability and Indemnity Agreement

Our handyman services are performed at the client’s property. It is required that the client secures their property and any items of value prior to service. True North Home Services cannot be held liable for any damages incurred to personal property unless due to negligence by our technicians. By agreeing to these terms, clients understand that they release True North Home Services from any claims arising from services provided. This indemnity clause ensures that both parties are protected. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to provide exceptional service.
